Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Habiter iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Habiter Pro subscriptions

• Habiter Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The yearly subscription may include a free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Your data

Your habit data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not liable for loss of data resulting from device loss, damage or deletion of the App.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or misuse the App, and not to use it in violation of applicable law.

Community content and conduct

Public challenges in Habiters let you publish a display name, a picture, a challenge you created, posts and replies that anyone using Habiter can see. You are responsible for everything you publish, and you must have the right to publish it.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, spam, or that impersonates another person or infringes anyone's rights.

• Photos are screened on your own device before they are uploaded. Screening is automatic and imperfect; it does not replace these rules.
• Every post, reply, challenge and person can be reported from inside the App. Reported content is hidden on your device immediately.
• You can block a person, which removes them from every leaderboard and hides everything they have written from you.
• Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed for everyone, and accounts that repeatedly break them lose access to the community features.

We may remove any published content and eject any user at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. To report something outside the App, or to appeal a removal, email farukmertkapar@gmail.com.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Habiter is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
