Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Habiter iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Habiter Pro subscriptions

Habiter Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The yearly subscription may include a free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Your data

Your habit data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not liable for loss of data resulting from device loss, damage or deletion of the App.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell or misuse the App, and not to use it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Habiter is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
