Vitamin reminder for iPhone

A vitamin reminder that knows what you take.

Tell Habiter when you take your vitamins and what they are. At that time it reminds you by name, for example "Morning: Vitamin D and Magnesium.", and one tap marks them taken.

Habiter's Take vitamins habit with a morning dose of Vitamin D and Magnesium

How it works in Habiter

  1. 1

    Pick your times

Morning is set to start with. Add midday, evening or before bed if you take something then; each time gets its own reminder.

  2. 2

    Add what you take

Choose from vitamin D, B12, magnesium, omega-3, iron, zinc, vitamin C, probiotics or a multivitamin, or type your own. Set a dose for each and the times you take it.

  3. 3

    One tap per dose

When the reminder comes, tap "Taken" in the app or "Mark done" on the notification. If it's not a good moment, "Remind me in 30 minutes" brings it back.

  4. 4

    See the week

The habit page shows the last seven days with a row for each time of day, so a missed evening dose stands out.

Making it stick

What you get for free

  • Reminders that name your pills, at each time you set
  • One-tap check-off from the app or the notification
  • A dose and times for each pill
  • Streak, calendar and a seven-day view

With Habiter Pro it also counts the pills left in each box and warns you when about a week is left.

Questions people ask

Is the vitamin reminder free?

Yes. The reminders, the pill list and the check-offs are free, with no ads. Counting what's left in the box and the warning before it runs out come with Habiter Pro. The free plan keeps up to 5 habits.

Can I track several vitamins at different times?

Yes. Add morning, midday, evening or before-bed times, then choose which pills belong to each. One tap marks everything due at that time.

Does it work with Apple Health?

No, this template keeps its record in Habiter only. Apple Health's own vitamin and mineral entries are a separate kind of habit in Habiter's Health tab.
